Operational risk, cybersecurity, and security management professional with near 20 years of experience.

Marcin also fulfills the COO role in Priv-Sec Solutions, the company distributing and implementing dedicated IT tools supporting GRC, Privacy Management, Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management processes.

Several dozen of projects for international corporations, small and medium size companies: business continuity plans, internal control systems and risk management programs, information security policies (GDPR), management systems, compliance and information security audits and operational risk assessments. Marcin was the leader of the first project in Poland which has been accomplished with certification of business continuity system according to ISO 22301:2012. Expert in financial, insurance, logistic, production, IT, traditional and electronic media sectors. Was an Internal Control System in IT projects expert in Polish Ministry of Administration and Digital Affairs. Marcin was a risk management lecturer in the Management and Civil Engineering Faculties in Warsaw University of Technology and is a lecturer and Head of Cybersecurity Postgraduate Studies in Collegium Civitas.

Was a Warsaw University of Technology team member during project concerning "Development of Risk Management methodology for Poland's crisis management system".
